Hiring For:

• Part Time 7am-3pm
• Full Time 11am - 7:30pm

Salary: starting at $12/hr

What will I do as a Dishwasher with Messiah Lifeways?

• Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such aspantry and dish room.
• Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• May wash pots and pans and polishes silver
• Follows daily/weekly cleaning assignments to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
• Assists other care team members as needed and qualified.
• Maintains a positive, friendly and compassionate attitude while in the presence ofresidents, family members and other Messiah Lifeways staff.
• Utilizes safety devices and follows safety precautions. Inspects all pieces of equipmentprior to use for structural integrity and communicates any concerns to the manager.
